Xuejian Cui is a PhD graduate in Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, advised by Prof. Rui Jiang and Prof. Qiao Liu. His research focuses on AI-powered computational methods for the unified representation and precise interpretation of biological big data, such as single-cell time-series data analysis and annotation of genomic regulatory elements.
